What our badges mean and how they are awarded.

- Badges reflect specific checks completed on a date — nothing more.
- We never call a business “fully verified” unless all required checks are complete.
- If a business has not supplied a document, we show “Not verified by Handy Van Quotes”.
- Documents are reviewed by authorised staff; badges are revoked when documents expire.
