Handy Van Quotes

Business terms

The terms for businesses using Handy Van Quotes.

This is a placeholder. Final legal text must be reviewed and inserted before launch.
  • You are an independent business. Handy Van Quotes does not employ you, guarantee your work, or act as your agent. You are responsible for the quality, safety and legality of your work and for your own insurance.
  • Customer details you receive may be used only to quote for and to complete the requested job. They must not be sold, passed on, or used for unrelated marketing, and must not be retained longer than necessary.
  • A “valid lead” means a real job posted by a phone-verified customer in a category and area you serve, where your details are released after the customer approves you. A lead is not invalid simply because you did not win the job, the customer did not hire, or you could not agree a price.
  • You are charged (credits deducted) for a lead only when the customer approves you and your contact details are released — never just for requesting to quote.
  • You buy credits from your wallet to pay for leads. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn as cash, or used outside Handy Van Quotes.
  • You must not create duplicate or related accounts to bypass the three-business cap per job, or to mislead customers.
  • [Final business terms to be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.]
