Customer terms
The terms for customers using Handy Van Quotes.
This is a placeholder. Final legal text must be reviewed and inserted before launch.
- Handy Van Quotes is a quote and lead marketplace. We do not provide the services ourselves and we do not guarantee any provider’s work.
- You choose and contract with providers directly. You pay the provider directly for any work — Handy Van Quotes does not take or hold payments for removals, man-and-van or handyman services.
- You agree that an anonymised summary of your job may be shown to suitable local businesses, and that your details are shared only with up to 3 businesses you approve.
- You control when your exact address is shared: it is not released until you choose to share it with an approved business.
- You must provide accurate information and verify your phone number to publish a job or leave a review.
